This Privacy Policy explains how FUTURE BY DESIGN INC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use AnswerWoven (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Usage data: the text you send to the AI features, your Threads balance, and transaction history — stored so you can revisit past work and track your usage.
• Payment data: when you buy Threads, payment details passed through your wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App Pay) are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store the underlying payment credentials.
• Purchase records: the plan bought, price, currency, and transaction identifiers supplied by our payment processor, kept for accounting and support.
• Technical data: basic log data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.
• What we do not collect: beyond what you send to the features, we do not intentionally collect device identifiers, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.

2. Data retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active, so you can get back to earlier work. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

3. Cookies and tracking

The Service uses a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or cross-site tracking. Browsers and hosting providers may still process basic technical request data — such as IP address and page request information — needed to load the site.

4. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

5. How we use information

• To run the Service, including signing you in and metering Threads.
• To process payments and keep accurate transaction records.
• To run what you submit through the AI models we operate so a response can be generated.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To contact you about your account — purchase confirmations, policy changes, and the like.

7. Messages you send us

If you email us or use a contact link to reach support, you may give us your name, email address, subject, and message. We use that only to review, respond to, and manage your enquiry.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise those rights, email [email protected].

9. Sharing of information

We share limited information with these categories of third parties:

• AI processing: none. What you submit is processed by the AI models we run ourselves, and is not passed to an outside AI provider.
• Payment processor: a third-party payment processor handles purchases on our behalf. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information where required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your information for advertising or ad-targeting profiling.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.

11. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including password hashing and encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
